"The owner is evil. He said he’d fix the mold in my bathroom but instead threatened to take me to small claims court. His sons all work for him as the office manager, maintenance and groundskeeper. The one son said he’s get me new windows and a new back door. Never happened. The heat in the apartment is NOT adjustable-it’s either too hot or too cold. I’ve talked to 4-6 people who moved out of here (or Hamburg Heights which they also own) and he never gives back the security deposit. I asked for mine knowing full well they wouldn’t give it back and they had blocked my number. I had to call with my number blocked or they wouldn’t answer. I called the department of health when they wouldn’t fix the mold so they were super mad at me!"

"Moved in about 5 months ago, staff and management are easy to get ahold of and apartment was clean upon move in. no issues, Appliances are new and kitchen has beautiful backsplash. Bathroom has a lot of space, am very happy"
