"If maintenance is bad it is the owners fault because the responsibility should be the office oversee maintenance and maintenance should do what they direct them to do. If the owner does not back up the office staff and maintenance does what they want when they want the job does not get done. This is a problem in many apt. communities the maint Super does not want to be under the direction of office staff who would contact residents to see if work was done if not another work order goes out to maint and office follows up again. Often times the maint super is so full of themselves they dont feel they need to answer for their work and take it personally. THIS IS JUST A JOB GUYS"

"I live here almost 2 years. I would not recommend to anyone. Maintenance is horrible, they don't do anything you asked for them. We had mice 2 times in 2 years and we asked for help about this problem, but they did not care about it. It's very old kitchen cabinets and other home equipments. I don't think its safe or clean environment to live. I wish the owner of this apartment complex reads these comments and take action about it. I have couple family friends that live here and we all planning to move-out soon. Not worth the money!!!"

"Very slow maintenance work and winter weather removal is terrible. Very unsafe due to poor removal. Redoing our stairway and leaving a mess and nails all over the place. Laundry equipment is low quality, costs double to get any load done. Just not worth the price to be here"
