"Good place to live."
"Building one is a complete wreck, tiny apts, grungy and old..building 2 is much better.. extremely clean, Apts are much bigger but you do have to pay your own utilities, although if you are able to live there, then most likely you would be able to utilize one of a few ways to knock down your heating/lighting bill.."
"I love this place"
"There isn't anyone else in Oneida who does public housing so you have to deal with them.. For the most part they are great people. But if you don't kiss Jan's butt she is all over you.. I am not a butt kisser.. I had County Officials coming into my Apt at the Brewer Apts (great place to live if you have a family, tenants will rat you out, but it's quiet and kids are watched Closely by EVERYONE!!) and they would tell me that my apt was fine and looked good. Being woken up at 9am to be screamed at because my daughter left her toys on the floor and my floor wasn't mopped and being told I was facing eviction because of this stressed me out and shook me up so bad that it caused such great anxiety I couldn't follow through on anything and ended up leaving the state where I was happy and thriving.. Thank you Jan! So if you don't mind the constant threat of being evicted over little things and eyes on you on all the time and kissing butt, the Brewer Apts aren't a bad place to live.. I would recommend to anyone who asked.."
