"I’ve lived here for 3 years now and hate it. The power has gone out on several occasions for hours, a few times this has happened after I just purchased groceries and had to throw stuff away. It’s outdated, you can hear absolutely everything. The linoleum they use in the kitchen and bathroom is stained yellow and looks straight out of the 70s. The carpets are fugly brown and old. The laundry rooms only have 2 washers that are EXTREMELY small and are $2 (quarters only) for each load. The outside doors do not lock which is the bare minimum update they could do considering they overcharge for rent, and they have acknowledged car break ins. So why not update security? Anyone could walk in at anytime. There’s no cameras in the parking lots. I’ve had packages stolen. Consider somewhere else first."

"Very friendly and responsive to any and all issues. They are extremely fussy about maintaining the property in the best possible condition. People living here are quite fortunate!"

"If I could post 0 stars I would this place is HORRIBLE! first the office staff is highly unprofessional and absolutely rude for no good reason. They are doing 6 month leases in attempt to over ride inflation and raise the rent. I was told my lease was not going to be renewed because I paid my late rent two times. One time I was in emergency surgery and the other I was attending a funeral for a cousin that passed from covid unexpectedly.the best part of this is the after being rude to me the paperwork is wrong and unlawful via HSTPA....Meanwhile I've had to make multiple complaints for domestic violence and the horrible destructive children that live downstairs. You will never relax here it's for sure becoming very.......LOW INCOME."

"Office management standards have significantly declined over the past several years. They lose work orders and clearly don't do paperwork well. Honestly speaking from running a business they should probably clean house because it's filled with a lot of shady people. Work orders takes months to have complete if they even acknowledge that it's done and they even falsified documents. When you address any concerns they blame the tenants instead of owning up to their responsibilities."

"We’ve lived here for three years. It was a great place to live. The maintenance and office staff were friendly and very responsive to any and all concerns. They clean the stairways every week and shampoo the stairway carpets once a year. They care for the outside gardens. It’s beautiful to look out your balcony and see the greenery. They are also quick to remove snow from the parking lots and to throw salt on the walkways. They notify all the tenants of water shut offs, electricity outings, etc before they happen. The complexes are quiet and safe. Many people take walks on the curvy road along the complexes. There are seniors and there are also a lot of families with young kids. You do hear kids crying, running and couples arguing through the walls. But hey, that’s part of life. The people there are great, very friendly. It’s close to shopping and schools. I don’t have many complaints. My kids made great friends there too. We were happy living there. We’ll miss it. Then again I’m a very sentimental person, :P. I would recommend Cobblestone Apartments to those looking for affordable and comfortable place to live."
