"I worked with Natasha designing my kitchen. I needed tile for the backsplash and I could not make up my mind. She had so much patience with me! She convinced me to wait for when the Homey line dropped and I am beyond grateful she did! Natasha took time helping me curate the perfect kitchen that completed my vision. Could not have gotten there without her. The outcome is beyond what I imagined, I am obsessed with the tile we chose together. "READ THE FINE PRINT! Absolute horrible experience with this company beginning to end. First we chose a tile that was a discontinued shade and no one bothered to tell us that excess can not be returned. We found out by chance, and that should have been a warning. We decided for a different (fairly expensive) tile that was not discontinued, and I wanted to return a small number of boxes today after we finished the project. Unfortunately, that was not possible either because it is more than 30 days after the purchase. I was not aware that tiles have a shelf life. Or maybe that's all just a scam to hold on to customers' hard earned money. Customer service representative issued a $190 store credit as an exception. Never again, tiles for the upcoming kitchen remodel will CERTAINLY NOT be supplied by Cancos."

"First off, We were greeted. Alesia explained as we walked in to take a look, and if any questions, she would help. Alesia was over the top the best person we have dealt with. We been to other places and no one has helped us as good as she did. We had an idea, and she definitely helped us through it. Drew pictures for us to imagine what it would look like. That's was an absolute great customer service. Not every person can design themselves. She had some great ideas and that's what us people that are lost need. We definitely appreciated her ideas, and we will be returning for other projects! Thank you so much Alesia!"

"Excellent customer service (Alesia Hillman rocks!), beautiful products and reasonable prices. They will work with any budget. We used a Cancos-brand wood-look tile for our new bathroom and a reclaimed-wood style for our new kitchen. Love both of them! We also bought a beautiful shower wall tile for under $20/sq ft (see pics attached)."
