"Amazing employees. I've been there 4 times so far, slowly repainting our house. They've always been SO friendly and helpful, and have even double checked when an order seems off based on what we had already purchased - what amazing customer service! Who does that these days?! They were also SO nice and showed our kids how they mix the paint - it made our whole week!! The best place for paint, and any paint or stain supplies you may need!"
"One or 2 employees have a bad attitude not helpful at all. you ask them a question and they will give you an attitude if you ask them more than one or 2 questions. No business for this location. My business I would rather give it to a place where people are more helpful as I am GIVING them business they should be helpful and thankful."
"Heather is a great sales associate! Very helpful took the time to help me. Would highly recommend this store."
"Customer service does not exist in this store. I walked in, a young lady was involved in a protracted conversation with a vendor. I stood there for several minutes with no acknowledgement from the lady. I interrupted the Convo and asked if anyone could help me. I was told to be patient. The vendor left and the lady got on the phone still ignoring me. I finally got the attention of a young man who helped me. I walked out without purchasing anything due to the lady's lack of concern towards a customer, only worrying about her problem. All this could have been avoided had the young lady acknowledged my existence. I thanked the young man for his help and left with my money in my pocket."
"I checked to see if they're open and their Google listing said Open, no restrictions. I get there and the doors are locked and I'm told I can only call the store. I ask to do a color match (they place your item in a machine and it matches the item's color) and they say no we can't do that because they won't handle objects touched by the customer. I explained that this is a contactless action, not involving getting physically close to the staff, it can safely be done. Girl at the door didn't care, she simply said no. This is very boneheaded... seems like the owners aren't interested in doing business even though they safely can perform many services including this. If your operations are limited, indicate that on your Google listing instead of creating an unnecessary trip for the customer. Taking my biz elsewhere!"
