"Good quality products but on the more expensive side."

"While the siding material itself is beautiful, the service was awful!!! The driver placed the pallet of material in my driveway hanging over and caused damage to my perfectly good concrete driveway and the weights and placement caused pipe damage to my sprinkler system. I have before and after photos along with ring camera footage. Alside referred the complaint to their insurance company Gallagher basset who is notorious for just ignoring people, as well as denying claims after you’ve provided them with proof of what they requested. I have now been forced to file a claim with my insurance company. I will be making sure that my insurance company legal council fights this to the end and subrogates the money back! This was an awful delivery experience! They just don’t care."

"I went in to see about pricing and a week or so later went I to place my order. As I was in the office it was noon and over the speakers in the office I heard the national anthem being played. I stood up and removed my hat and placed it over my heart. All the women working in the office stood up with with me with their hands on their hearts. I thought that was awesome that they did that with me. Great group of people that work there. Will definitely give them more service when I need to order more siding material. Thank you Alside."
