"Company does not live up to their “lifetime warranty”. When you explain your issue with their lock defect they quickly brush you off to the where you purchased your lock. I explained it was purchased years ago at Home Depot and again she mentioned to bring the lock their with the receipt. She also mentioned they do not deal with the end user. Therefore the end user should not support MarksUSA They clearly do not stand by their “lifetime warranty”"
