Chateau West Apartments NY 13069

"If I could rate zero stars I would. Currently living here. Rent is up to date. My door has no rain guard so I called the office because it is raising the floor and causing the floor to rot. When I called Tina gave me a phone call & did nothing but complain. Told me I should have called sooner. Which I did call MULTIPLE times. I also called because my bath tub keeps filling with black nasty water. & on top of the you walk outside and all you see is roaches. Also multiple sec offenders are living here. They are more worried about kids toys in the yards then the trap houses being ran out of here. Needles laying all over. Tina says “ I can’t wait till this no eviction thing is over so I can evict everyone and watch them be homeless” if I ever had a slum lord in my life this is by far the worst! DONT MOVE HERE!!! These people don’t care about you or the safety of the tenants. Then she wonders why she has a bad name :)"

"Currently living here and tina refuses to change our main breaker box. Instead she has ignored us for 2 months and will not return my phone calls. I've spoken to the maintenance guys and they cannot do anything without her say. I have 3 children in my home and lose power 3-4 times a day. Tina and Wayne harney are definitely #1 for slumlords. figured at the time we could move here because it was cheaper than where we were and this place has just turned into a nightmare"

"I live next to the apartments and the tenants are constantly littering on my property and throwing glass beer bottles all over my yard. My child can't even play in the yard for fear of being cut by glass."

"The amount of roaches in this place is outrageous! I have found roaches in my dogs water, THANKFULLY they DIDN'T drink it! I went 3 days without heat over the winter. The slumlords don’t keep the apartments up to codes. I had 15 violations in my apartment alone."

"Black mold in the ceiling causing my daughter to get sick. Bed bugs from the neighbors. Causing my family to get bit up. Water from the shower leaked on to the stairs. Ceiling in the master bedroom started leaking. They moved my family into an apartment with 3 sex offenders living in buildings next to us. They never notified us about the sex offenders. Because of the bedbugs we threw away about 3500.00 worth of furniture.we had to call the code enforcement officer and just in our apartment alone we had 11 violations. Tina and Wayne harney are top of the line slumlords"
