Riverscape Apartments

"I lived in these apartments for 2 years and the neighbors are ridiculous they tell you where u can park (spaces not numbered) had trash put in front of my vehicle because they "assumed" it was from me! One elderly woman feeds the stray cats and has breeding boxes on her porch have called an complained numerous times to have nothing done! My apartment had mold everywhere from my ceiling leaking to only be told from maintenance that it's from the gutters and his guys don't clean them. Only sprayed bleach on it for it to grow back days later. Been threatened by neighbors living in the complex because I walked my dog in "his yard". The dumpsters are always over following with trash never cleaned up by maintenance or the trash company. Children are left unattended running out in front of vehicles never addressed by the office! Chased by wildlife because their is cat food left outside all hours of the day and night! My vehicle has many scratches from the cats climbing all over it! The place is ridiculous STEER CLEAR! They will tell you what u want to hear to get u in there and then do NOTHING for you!"

"I am originally from the area but moved to Niagara County ( Niagara Falls area) I would like to move back and have been leaving messages via market place on Facebook for someone to get in touch with me about getting an apartment there and no one has gotten in touch with me yet. They look like nice apartments. I have 3 boys my youngest being 5 and still have family in the area. I would love to have someone call me to inquire about an apartment."

"When I was searching for a new apartment, working with the property manager, Candice at Barrington Residential was great! She took the time to show me several apartments at two different complex locations, and was very pleasant and happy to do so. I have lived at Riverscape Apartments for a little over a year now and I'm pretty happy here. From the moment I moved in, I've called this 'my cute little apartment'. Before I moved in, they spent a lot of time making sure that it was properly cleaned and freshly painted and newly carpeted. It is a little on the small side, but is well taken care of. You can see the maintenance guys around daily, always working on something, or maintaining the grounds, and they always say hello. I've met my neighbors and become friends with some of them, and I really enjoy most of them, which I think can be hard to say at some apartment complexes! Overall, I'm pretty happy and really do love my cute little apartment and hope to be here for many years to come! I forgot to add that the cherry on top that made me choose Barrington was that cable and internet are included in the rent (no OUTRAGEOUS bill from Spectrum!!!) and there's a dishwasher!"

"I have lived here over 6 years and the property has declined. Lots of kids without any playground or supervision. Large dogs with no clean up. People moving in with no consideration to those who lived there a long time. Parking is like that of a shopping mall. Office staff only sends out memos and does not actually resolve any problems. Maintenance does not resolve issues unless told multiple times over several months. It has a high population of disrespectful trashy people and is a very undesirable place to live. I will be moving asap, because I am afraid to live there any longer. It's sad, but they do nothing to keep their good tenants there."
