"I loved this store until I was denied the right to return over $400 worth of fully boxed tiles because it was a few days past the 60-day return policy. They would rather lose a lifetime customer than be slightly flexible in their return policies. This is a poor business practice! The contractor took slightly longer to complete the project than expected. The former assistant manager, Sandy, would have helped me. Now I know why he left this company.I am done with them. Beware and go elsewhere to buy your tiles."

"Had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Tile Shop in Westbury. I had already picked out flooring for my powder room re-do at another store, but was having trouble finding just the right trim. Rhonda, the Tile Shop's senior design associate, helped me locate the perfect accents for my job. She is incredibly friendly and professional, and her taste is as good as mine—and I'm one of the pickiest people out there. Then, after the tiles were delivered and I was dissatisfied with the color range (most of the marble trim pieces were gray, but some were almost white), I called Rhonda and she said, "Well, come right on in and exchange them!" We met with Rhonda one of the sales consultants and she was awesome. We showed her our layout and she spent the time to talk through the options and different marble appointments that would make the bathroom come out just the way we wanted.
