"I went from a terrible experience to a very good experience involving a return once the former store manager Franklin G. got involved even though he was transferring stores and could have continued to ignore my issue like everyone else there. Franklin is tribute to the company and should be commended for going above and beyond."

"If Google allowed me to write zero stars I would. I have never met a staff that was more rude. We purchased flooring from them two weeks ago, we went back to return the surplus. I could not find the receipt but I had the credit card and my credit card statement and they stated this was not enough. I asked for a manager this blonde girl with a black hat comes over pretending to be the manager telling me I can not return the flooring. I said “if I need a receipt or a phone number, why didn’t the cashier take my phone number?” So the store messed up and I have to pay for it. She offered store credit but told me I had to get my license . When I went to grab my license from the car she aggressively started yelling at me that I couldn’t leave the cart. I said “I’m going to get my license”. She pushed the cart aggressively towards me and said something rude that I couldn’t hear. When I came back in I told her she was super unprofessional and I couldn’t believe she was a manager . She then said she wasn’t , when the nice girl helping me was making a gift card another man who claimed to be a manager came over and was being so rude and aggressive . I cannot believe what just went on , while 10 other employees just stood there watching. No one should ever shop there again."

"We had such an easy time looking for our bathroom tiles. We went 3x for only an hour each time to take our time picking out the perfect tiles.The selection was great and we had an associate who helped with the grout color. I would post pictures of of bathroom remodel but unfortunately we had terrible contractors Ace Builds who did a lousy job, were unprofessional and didn't do justice to the tiles we picked. We will definitely go to Floor & Decor again for our future kitchen remodel."

"I must say I was very fortunate to meet with and work with Val. I had no idea of the detailed oriented project I was getting into. She expertly helped me design my gutted out bathroom from the sub flooring to the ceiling. Val was very easy to work with, pressureless, and she guided me with the best quality material choices according to my budget. I was not forced to buy anything and that made me heartfully welcome her ideas and suggestions- writing this now I think she is also an interior designer. Her ideas were in my best interest. It's quite obvious she loves her job and she loves pleasing her customers. Without her I would have been the victim of a mismatched poor quality bathroom for the next 30 years. I have been to other F&D locations before but this is now my go to location. Looking forward to my next visit-kitchen needs to be redone. Sharaz Scofield"

"As a new home owner. I am so incredibly grateful floor and decor opened up close by. My first time going to the store I met Valerie the design specialist. I am so glad I did. She had great suggestions and walked me through every step of the way. Answering all my questions. Even when I had an issue with my delivery Valerie right away stepped in to correct the issue. She is incredibly thoughtful and hardworking. I am so grateful to the entire staff at F&D. I could not imagine completely my home renovation project without them!"
