"Moved in Feb 1st 23 , my apartment was dirty, the cupboards had insect bodies mouse droppings and trash. Has to clean before I unpacked...multiple floods in the apartment I had , nothing done to fix the situation , just told to turn on a dehumidifier. Also had to fight with the landlord to buy me a humidifier after she stated the maintenance gave me one ,wich was a lie. My floor was leaking in April for half the month , the landlord stated they don't do reduced rent based on apartment malfunctions, I had to fight with her. Shared laundry , which laundry is out of date , takes a couple times to dry your cloths at 1.50 per wash and another 1.50 to dry. The Landlord Laura , expressed how I couldn't afford to upgrade to get out of my flooding apartment. Rodent problem in the apartments can hear them running in the walls. No assigned parking. Come home after work to no parking but the neighbor has her bf here 24/7 with his car. The Maintenance is probably the best thing out of this apartment complex. The landlord would text and harass about my music being loud again it's community living. Very old community, renters beware better places Overall the landlord could do better.upstairs neighbor has heavy feet with guests over so very noisy.."
