"The only positive I can say is it is low-income housing. The maintenance guy is a lazy joke. The manager is inept and makes up her own rules as she likes. She caters to the elderly and not family friendly. They expect you to put your own AC supports in at your expense but you cannot screw them to the building. "its for looks so insurance doesn't bother them". Just one of many absurd things that go on. She takes gossip as gospel. Be careful."
