"This place used to be okay. Now, no one speaks English and they never understand you when you are trying to explain what you want. They take way too long just to get your nails done. Getting a mani and pedi? Forget it, you will be there all day. The color selection is poor too. My acrylic nails are popping off after only two weeks. I’m going to try some of the other new salons in the area. Maybe they can at least communicate with the customer."

"I made an appointment on a Friday for 3:30 in which I made it there on time. When I entered I confirmed my (appointment) and then was ask to sit. I waited awhile and notice it was going to take a while before they called me because all of the desk areas had a customer. I ask the lady at the very front desk as you walk in and I notice she was also the one making appointments and answering the phone. I made ANOTHER (appointment) for the very next day- early thinking it might be better at 3:00pm. when I arrived there was 2 people waiting, another walked in as I was there waiting. When one of the nail tech came PASS me and ask the lady next to me if she had an appointment. she said yes at 3 and ask her to sit. I mention to the nail tech That I also had an appointment at 3pm. to make a long story short. All 3 customers were being taken care of before me. I finally decided to leave almost an hour later. No one explained why were the others taken before me, or how much longer, not apologetic at all and just pretty much ignored me. I've been doing my nails for over 15 years and have Never came across such unprofessional, rude -no customer service having nail salon. After my experience I would NEVER Come back or advise anyone else to. If your reading this and thinking of going - DONT Bother to make an appointment."
