"This is the first time ever I come across this site"
"Bought a couple of stones, and wasn't sure if it'll match. It says clearly on receipt no returns, but the guy clearly told me he'll take it back if it won't work out. When I came back, he made me sound like a liar about it. Stay away. An employee clearly said that because of a small amount he'll take it back"
"Let me start by saying THE worst ready-mix In NYC !! I ordered 4 yards of concrete price was fair. The truck driver showed up late from a different site and brought me the left overs from there. Driver was inexperienced I asked for a slump 7 guy kept giving me a 4 - 5 to a point it all dried up in his chute. And the truck had only been there for 20 minutes. I lost out on money with this particular project. The dispatcher I believe who’s the owner had a nasty attitude completely disagreed to the fact they sent me old concrete from a different site. And literally left me hanging left me no choice but to order more from them put me in a tough situation in front of the client. Instead of working something out with me knowing I was in a bad/desperate situation, dispatcher got more aggressive and blamed us for their mistakes. Please see photos for proof. P.S chute is the truck Drivers RESPONSIBILITY not the customer. They’re suppose to make sure it doesn’t dry up !!!! Also next time tell your drivers to water down the chute before pouring thanks !! Below are the reasons not to do business with them. 1. Inexperienced driver 2. Unprofessional dispatcher 3. Concrete quality 4. Time 5. Professionalism"
"It used to be good! Remember Mario? And the fair prices? But since a new guy at the front desk came in, he just raises the prices of everything at his will instantly. He is funny with all sorts of stories. Nicolock pallets of pavers at Kings is for $330. These guys have it for $399.00 plus tax and card processing fee. Consult prices over the phone before you get there. Not my main Mason store anymore."
"Recommended by Ronny from Commercial Concrete. I did 3 pours in Brooklyn all were on time. We had an issue where I ordered 2 and a half yards and only received 1.5, called and asked if he was sure he put 2.5 in the truck and he said yes. Then called me back within minutes to say his loader made a mistake, which he corrected and sent it on the next load. I usually stay away from jobs in queens and Brooklyn because it’s hard to find a reliable concrete company, but not anymore!"
