"I booked an appointment for 2/6 at 7pm. I got a call from the H&R Block office saying they were very busy, and if I can drop off my taxes and I said no, I don't want to do that. She kept asking me over and over again to drop them off and I said no. Then she says I'm not saying you can't come in, but I said you said I can only drop off my taxes because your too busy for me, then she says because covid. This phone call made me very uncomfortable and I am not going into that office. Didn't even make it into the office and it was a terrible experience. If you can't hold an appointment please let me know more then two hours in advance. Now I have to find a new tax office. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
