"I got two copies of a key. That works with no problems. Thank goodness for REAL hardware stores. You might think this is nothing big but this is to me. I went to a big chain store that made copies of my key that was too big for lock it wouldn't work then I returned them and got two more copies that didn't go into the lock whatsoever. Crazy right. Then I decided to Google hardware store. I called Brite Hardware and spoke with J. he asked me to describe the key. I did so. He said sounds like a regular key I should have no problems copying it. I went to the store for two copies of my key and THEY WORK when I got home. It's extremely important that my key copies work, I need them for my son's to get in my home when I am not there and I am grateful. It pays to go to a place that specialize in everything they do and give you real dependable things that work. Appreciate the professional help and extremely fast service. It took less than 2 minutes to make 2 key copies."
