I have had many interactions with Deb, Debbie, and Natasha and none of those were pleasant or professional. So please do not lie and say I had no interactions with your staff when I did for many months. The tenant was NOT unauthorized, Debbie never did her job and added the tenant to the lease even though I have plenty of emails to provide between us to show we did everything properly on our side and legally. The noise complaints were not real noise complaints but rather a tenant who had a vengeance against us and so did DNA, which caused them to unfairly push us out which I believe was due to harassment and discrimination. Also I know for a fact the maintenance guy is subcontracted through DNA and does not affiliate himself with you as a company but rather accepts the calls and takes your money for payment as basically an independent contractor. Also please do not use my legal name in response when that’s an invasive of privacy. Thanks for such a *professional* response and have a wonderful day! The only good thing about this place is that maintenance was handled in a timely manner but the maintenance person is contracted out and completely UNAFFILIATED with DNA and their management. Do not be fooled by the maintenance reviews, it’s just to push out the bad reviews that are actually showing light to how scummy this property management company is. Beware and do your research and find another company to rent with. Look at how they respond to people in these reviews and know that this property management company is even worse to deal with over the phone as a tenant. Save your time and your money and do not rent from them."
