I had a customer who had recently received a very nice wall clock from me and she was having a problem keeping the clock running because in was not in beat. "This gentleman came to our home to repair our grandfather clock, took or clock apart and took $250 from me in mid October and he hasn't been back since. 2 visits to his place of business with assurances from him that he would be to my home to repair the clock and he no showed no called either time. MULTIPLE phone calls to him with messages left and he still has not returned my calls. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding this place of business 01/27/23.UPDATE....
