"Horrible new management. Cannot recommend. I went in to get a simple drill bit and anchors. The guy there gave me the wrong sizes so I came back with the screws and anchors for the mirror I want to install so he can get me the right ones. He says no the anchors you have are no good. He gives me other ones but in fact my anchors were custom for this mirror. Now I can’t install my mirror because he did not return one of my anchors and when I called to ask if they could please look on the floor or see if it was thrown out - they basically couldn’t care less to help me and said ok ok and hung up on me. I call back and they won’t answer. They don’t know what they’re doing and have horrible customer service! Terrible new management."

"Came here to get my keys copied. The keymaker was busy with someone else's order so I browsed the store for a few minutes. My keys were handmade by the locksmith and not a machine, which I liked as machines are more prone to mistakes. I had 6 keys made (3 keys at 2 copies each) and it took about 5-7 minutes total. Best of all, each key worked perfectly. The locksmith also organized my key copies so I knew which were copies of which; this may seem to be such a small detail, but it was very helpful. When I was leaving, there were additional customers queuing up to get their own copies made, so I figure the store must be used often by other locals. Key copies were a reasonable price (not as cheap as locations in Chinatown, but I'm more than happy to pay just a little more for the convenience and proximity)."
