"Update: 08/24/23 So this company is 10 stars!!!! Installed garage door, came when they said they would. The two guys (sorry I’m bad at names) were outstanding, professional, cleaned up everything. They walked me through programing, told me about the Wi-Fi set up. Showed the wife the door she spotted a dent, called the company and Mallory was all over it. Sent her pics she sent to the manufacturer. She kept me up-to-date with emails and guaranteed and told me not to worry it’s going to be replaced. Again outstanding company and customer service. I highly recommend this company if you need service on your doors or want a new one!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!!! Garage door slammed to the ground with a broken spring, wife’s car trapped inside. Called Sunrise Door and they were slammed. They called me back within a couple minutes to tell me that Derek will be out to get my wife’s car out and give me a quote to fix it the following week. Which was okay with us. We decided to have the door replaced since it’s 24 yrs old. Said our opener if it’s still working why replace ( love the honesty and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need). I still asked for a price on the opener!!!!. Once they come to install I will update. Called other places they wanted service charge plus tons of money. This is why I will always go with a family run business!!!"

"100% recommend Sunrise! I came home after work and closed my garage door, just to have it slam to the ground. It was after hours, so I sent a message through the messaging service on their website that night. They opened at 8:00 the next morning and no later than 8:02 they called me and got me on the schedule for repair that morning. The tech arrived by 10:20 and by 11:00 he was done. My car is no longer trapped in my garage and I am off to work. I couldn’t say more about this company! This is why you deal with small family owned businesses!"

"I was looking for some garage door molding. the staff was very nice. let me in early and tried to match up some moldings. unfortunately theirs was off a little, but I would definitely give them my business in the future. They have 2 dogs that love the attention!. went back for another garage door product. they hooked us up with everything we needed. great customer service from a family owned business. thanks again"

"Had a fantastic experience with Sunrise Door & Woodworks. My husband and I recently purchased a home that had an existing garage door that was starting to fail. I wasn't sure if repair was possible or if we needed to replace the door. The Sunrise tech was prompt and friendly. He immediately diagnosed the issue and told me that while the door was reaching the end of its life, it was totally fixable for now and could last another 2-3 years no problem. They didn't try to pressure or upsell me. He was finished in about 45 minutes and the door is functioning great now. When I am ready to replace/upgrade, they will be my first call. Highly recommend their services!"
