"Fantastic Tile Shop! Drove from NY to get there. Bash and Susie..you won’t get any better team. They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They came in early Sat so that I could pick up my tile. I will only be purchasing here from now on. Very connected and they know what looks good. They even escorted me over to the neighbors shop for the granite countertop. If they can get it they will or advise you where you could go. Excellent Service.. Reasonable prices and they deliver quickly. SOLD."

"I rarely if ever offer a review of a company because I frankly never have the time. But I have got to warn anyone in the public about doing business with these people. I simply ordered one sample tile from these guys taking a chance on their company. The tile shows up cracked in half and chipped in the corner. Thats fine its fragile product. I email them to get another tile. FAYE said that she can ship me another but it will be a "money loss for them", completely unprofessional. I emailed back that she should discuss that with the USPS, she said "the USPS doesnt pay insurance claim #1 so it is what it is". Such a terrible attitude from a professional company. I called them today because I had no update on any replacement tile, and FAYE starts yelling over the phone at me because I want to complain to her supervisor who is "overseas". Take that for what you will. And then to top it off, the magic words that should turn ANYONE off to a company, "Fine, buy somewhere else, I will refund you". I will be waiting on that refund and will report them to the attorney general if I don't receive it, but I hope everyone reads this review and approaches this company with caution. There are a LOT of places to buy a tile, do not waste your time money and sanity on these people, they are out of their minds to push away business. Take care, everyone."
