"They gave me a horrible pedicure that started with the man doing it slicing his hand while scrubing my feet, he barely covered it and proceeded to do my toes with an open wound, a patch of blood on his hand and no gloves. I payed and got to my car when I realized that my pedicure looked so bad. There was polish all around my cuticles and skin. I went back inside to tell the lady I would like my money back and how unsanitary and unsafe it was that he just did all that after cutting himself and then not putting on gloves. She didn’t apologize at all just told me to follow her to the chair where I thought she was going to clean it up, but she aggressively removed all the polish. So I completely wasted my time and left with nothing after a completely unsanitary and poor experience."
