"This place is horrible.. my polish was bumpy and peeled off after they applied it 2x so I went back 4 day later and they told me it was the bottle they used. They did it again and it looked the same.. I would never go back here"
"Great service and attention to detail. Always satisfied with powder or gel!"
"I’ve had my nails done there and they look horrendous! Every time i would point out that they’re uneven, the lady would completely ignore. The white line is uneven, they are thick, sharp and wavy. Two of the nails broke in half half hour later. Avoid this place at all costs!"
"I’ve been to many different nail salons and was so upset when my sns powder would chip or break after a week. They last three weeks here! Love Donna’s nails! So friendly so welcoming and honor my appointment times."
"So, first time I visited this nail establishment, they made me wait at least 20 minutes, even though I had made an appointment. (That’s a deal breaker for me) I soaked my gel powder and then was moved on to someone else (strange, but ok) Finally, I sat down and a young lady started my nails. I was very happy with the result (she was a perfectionist ) and gave me her name and a business card. Three weeks later I made an appointment and went back. Waited again, (I was getting annoyed) but a different woman took me (not the girl who originally did them the first time, who I had wanted to go to) She was so frantic, answering the phone and all the other things that she does, that my nails were not done like the first time. I noticed some other reviewers claiming that it was not the cleanest, and it’s not. She pulled out cuticle nippers from who knows where, sprayed them with who knows what and attempted to cut my cuticles. No thanks! This place is cheaper than some others in the area, but I really don’t want to compromise my health for $10. I’ll be moving on to find a new and cleaner location."
