"I came here for the first time & I only came because the reviews were good, & also they squeezed me in last minute. I will say Grace & Jackie are nice & the salon was very clean & neat. However, I was disappointed by how much they were rushing. Jackie was filling so hard & fast, she scraped my finger open real bad. Then says, “oh no, you’re bleeding.” Like yeah obviously. She didn’t apply anything to stop the bleeding or to prevent an infection. My finger still hurts & it’s been 4 days! I usually get SNS powder done. However, here they don’t do the UV gel. When I asked will they be putting it on, Grace said they don’t do that & other salons that do, don’t know what they’re doing. I told her I would pay extra, I just wanted it done. She refused. Now it’s been 4 days & the manicure is already lifting. This pisses me off entirely because I always look forward to doing my nails! & as a business that has been around for 27 years, they’ve lost sight of customer service & the customers wants &/or needs. I have money to spend like anybody else who enters that salon, but not wanting to build a better rapport with new customers, is gross. I only gave 3 stars because I was squeezed in at 5:30 & they close at 7 + my nails needed to be soaked off. However, I won’t be returning. I’ll go back to my girl in Baldwin."

"Grace, the owner, is not known as Amazing Grace for no reason! I recently moved to Merrick and was skeptical about finding a salon that could accommodate my brittle nails. I truly felt that all hope was lost to even have healthy nails that could possibly grow. I decided to take a chance and booked an appointment at Lady Nails. It was definitely a worthwhile decision. My nails have never looked better! All of the nail technicians here perform miracles! I highly recommend this salon. I have renamed Grace the “Nail Doctor.”"
