"I will start with saying that it has been a journey for me to find a proper nail salon. One that does exactly what you ask of them, as well as not feeling rushed when they are doing my nails. I thought I finally found a place like that. I was mistaken. I usually do walk in, however today I was on a time crunch so I made an appointment with my nail technician for 5pm and I arrived at 4:55 pm. When I walked in, I greeted everyone and sat down in the waiting area because there was a women already in the chair that I thought my nail tech was finishing up. After waiting for 15mins, to my surprise, Sophie was not finishing up, but was just starting to put the acrylic on the womens nails! Needless to say, after walking out, I will not be returning to Andy's Nail Spa. These days, the price of everything has gone up, and customer service has gone way down. I'll save my money and do my nails myself."
