"If I could give a zero star I would!! Horrible service. The staff working there are extremely unwelcoming and don’t know what they are doing. One lady told me she wouldn’t be able to remove my UV gel manicure because apparently they don’t know how to use a drill and only the manager does. I spoke to the manager before arriving to the appointment and she said they’d be able to take care of that for me but when I arrive they started questioning me and speaking in Spanish but I could tell from their expression that they don’t know what they were doing. The place is also extremely dirty with flies everywhere. One women started vacuuming right in front of me while I’m getting service done which I believe is unprofessional and should be done once all customers have left. Overall, do not go to this place. You’ll regret it."

"Tried this place today, it was my first time. My sister and I walked in on a Thursday afternoon, no appointment, but Julie made it work. She was the warmest, friendliest, nicest lady. She was so thorough and handled my nails with such precision and care. Prices are great, and the shop is cute and clean inside. I got my first set here and I couldn’t be more glad Julie gave it to me. I don’t get my nails done often and this place is not near my house, but I will make the trek here from now on."

Although not all the nail techs specialize in designs, they do a good job trying to get the look that you want. I always get compliments on my nails & recommend this salon to everyone I know. "I took my friend, who never pampers herself, here to get her nails done for her wedding. She has some medical issues so I wanted a place that had positive reviews regarding cleanliness and sanitation; Julie's was the best option in the area after some research. I called the day before to make an appointment for a full set with gel dip and a spa pedi. I would have gotten a pedi myself, but there wasn't availability at the time we needed. I arrived a little late to meet my friend, but she was already relaxing at the pedi station (with a fresh liner and new tools). I was welcomed to sit in the chair next to her and chat even though I didn't have an appointment. She opted for a classic French on her toes and loved every second of the almond spa pedi. The girl working on her was diligent in getting her calluses removed and making her toes look great. When we moved over to the manicure station, I helped my friend choose a shape (squoval) and a color (pink champagne sparkle with a white French). The girl did a fantastic job with my friend's cuticles, getting the right tip length and shape, and applying the powder. She evened out any imperfections and made it a really special trip. We have planned to go back and do regular spa days at Julie's Nails even though I live about an hour east and my friend lives in CT. Thanks for the wonderful experience!"
