Reviews of M & Anny's Nails Salon
"So my kids and I have been coming to this nail salon for a while now. My daughter usually get tips, my son a manicure and myself acrylic over my natural nails. Every visit we encounter problems. We’ve used different workers and received the same results. With the exception of 1. Our most recent visit was a week ago to get our nails done for a baby shower. The nails never last longer than 2 days without breaking off and chipping. Very disappointed that we had to go to the baby shower with our nails messed up because we didn’t have time to get them done over again. The workers focus on watching tv and their cell phones while doing your nails and when you point out that they’re doing something wrong they get an attitude. Unprofessional. You tell them how you want your nails and they proceed to do whatever they want. There’s only 1 young girl that do nails very well but she’s hardly ever there. I forgot her name. I tried to give this salon a few chances before I wrote this review but I don’t want anyone to waste their time or money. The prices are good but I guess that’s because the service isn’t. The salon have a 24 hour policy in place whereas if something happen with your nails you can come back to get it fixed. Usually your nails mess up within 2-3 days after getting them done so the policy is useless. Unfortunately I will not be returning back to this salon. FYI….some of the workers barely speak or understand English. There’s a girl that have to translate everything you say. If you plan on using your debit or credit card keep in mind they charge a $1 fee. I hope this review help."
"It was cute. She was super sweet. I didn’t get her name. Cheap price good nails i guess"
"I went today to get my nails and eyebrows done. Ana did my nails so pretty and also my eyebrows. Very nice and polite. Shop was very clean and quite. Highly recommend will come back again."
"I guess on google review you can only add once. Here is the rundown of the dates I have been here: I did my nails for my birthday on 8/6/20. Gel coffin tip set plus the design was $45. I also did a mint pedi which was $20. Total was $65 plus tip I left. I remember last year they didn't take card. They now take card and its $1 charge to use it. On 8/31/20 I did a fill in, regular pedi and lashes. Yami was my nail tech 3 out of the 4 times I did nails here. I booked app with her both times this month. I am not sure if she remembers me. It be nice for a tech or anyone doing services for a customer to remember a customer's name esp if they request them. She started around 1150 for the pedi and was done by 1220. She is pretty fast and job was neat. The total was $64 for gel fill in, pedi and lashes. I left a cash tip. This is my 2nd time doing lashes in my life. The left side was fine. When I got home, realize the right side was somewhat crooked. I attempted to straighten them out. 09/10/20 not even a full 3 weeks and I removed the lashes! It was only a week and a half and some lashes were coming out the first week. The glue was irritating me so I decided to remove them. With the amount of coconut oil I used, my natural lashes fell out like CRAZY!! If I am to do lashes again I would go to a license lash tech to do single ones. Today is 9/30/20 and my lashes are growing back in. I have been using castor oil up to 3x a day. I had sent a text to manager yesterday asking when should one remove tips and how often to get a fill in. No reply. I followed up today and she says she is busy vs just answering the question. Service is EXTREMELY important to keep customers returning. My first time here was on Aug 22, 2019 for a gel fill in."
