"Let me start off by saying this place is horrible. I got my stout waxed and the lady only got rid of half of my hair on my armpits. Fast foward to Im getting my nails done they give me the waxer lady mind you who has no experience with nails. Moral of the story they played with my money. Picture coming soon. Don’t waste your money here."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. Did my nails Monday and by Friday, it has a lot of air bubbles and the acrylic is half way lifted. The acrylic is on my cuticles instead of my own nails. Never again will I waste another $50 on this nail salon. I would’ve been better off with fake glued on nails from the beauty supply store."

"Go else where !!!!! Disgusting place in so many ways. Tools are not cleaned whatsoever. The technician if I can even call him that seems more more like a family member who they hired to do nails. Did not disinfect his hands or mine before starting although it clearly states to do so. When I ask he said no. When he pulled the cuticle cutters out of the sterilizing machine it was filled with old skin from someone else. He was going to begin using it before I stopped him. He apologized clean the gunk of skin off and poured alcohol on it. He did my manicure in like 5 mins and painted like a 5 year old and was really combative when I pointed out the messy paint job. Paint was not only all over my cuticles but he couldn’t paint straight to save his life. He sprayed alcohol after the 4th coat and said $25. I asked where is the lotion and the massage he said it’s Covid !!! Lol what a joke although the technician next to us clearly just did it for the person next me. Clearly he was mad. After I pointed out the lady did it for the person next to me he said “you want me to do it”. Man charge my card and get me out of here!!! This place is for people who like below service. In other words just ghetto ! This is what I get I should have read the reviews I was in a rush and it was empty and now I see why it’s empty. I will make a report to the health department as well."

"I have been at bbn least 3 times. They had a manager named Tom and he recently left. He was an excellent technician and professional. The older ladies are terrible.I had a regular manicure there and my nails were peeling by the 2nd day. When I went to complain I was told regular manicures only last a couple days.I am not new to getting my nails done. The ladie I spoke with had a nonchalant attitude and did not offer to redo my nails. There is a guy there named Jimmy who is excellent. I think I'm going to move on a different Salon"
