"There are not enough good words to say about this company. They managed my property and assisted with multiple renters for over 10 years. Then when it was time to sell , they were able to get all the repairs necessary to put on the market and it sold 2 days after being listed. If I didn't contact Sonia for help when I moved out of the area I probably would have had to foreclose on my property."
"I was very pleased with how fast Sonia sold my house and how motivated she was to have the offer on my new home accepted. She was always there when I needed assistance and kept in contact with all who were involved. Sonia was a pleasure to work with and I recommend her to you."
"Over the last 5 years in the Fort Drum area, we've had the unique experience being renting tenants, home buyers, landlords, and home sellers with All American Real Estate. Their veteran, family owned operation understands the peculiarities of life in FDNY, from weather patterns to deployment schedules and the impacts they all have on the communities throughout the area. The advocated for us as tenants when issues arose and we felt equally represented on the other side as our property managers through to the final closing of home sale. We recommend them to anyone heading there, and will definitely patron them again should we find our way back to the North Country."
"Mike Conlin helped us buy our first home and made the process so smooth. He responded to us within minutes when we wanted to schedule our first home tour. After seeing about ten homes or so, we fell in love with one. Mike made himself available and showed us it again the next day when we made an offer. The process since then has been smooth sailing. Every question we had, he answered honestly and promptly. We even ended up closing early! If you want someone to work for you who’s honest and timely, call Mike."
"I do NOT recommend for renting. At our move out inspection we were told that two blinds would need to be replaced and that our cleaning company needed to come re-clean the oven (had some residue) and the toilet from the hard water. THAT WAS IT. They told us they would contact our cleaning company and they have a guy they always hired to come replace the two blinds. Finally when I received my security deposit, they had charged me $37.50 for a cleaning fee and $215.98 for the guy to come replace my blinds. Long story short (if possible) when my cleaning lady told him they couldn’t clean the toilet because it wasn’t flushing, they told her not to worry about it and they charged me for them to clean it. (Also charged me for the stove to be cleaned even though they cleaned it a second time) Then going through the bill of the contractor they hired, He charged $30 an hour plus a $35 service call fee and it took him THREE hours to measure the blinds/replace the blinds/tighten the door handle to the back door and hook up a washing machine discharge hose. (The last two weren’t even discussed with me. They told me “Well we noticed it after so we added it.” and charged me anyway) I was NEVER informed of any changes or that the cleaning company I hired supposedly ‘couldn’t’ get the toilet completely clean. Communication with them is terrible. I’m highly disappointed all around. They had the audacity to tell me that they thought I knew the blinds were broken prior to our move out inspection and that I knew about their ‘pre’ move out inspection because I should have received something in the mail. If I knew the blinds were broken, I would of fixed them myself and saved me $215 and last time I checked.. things do get lost in the mail. Through this process James has been Very rude. The cleaning company has also completely cut ties with them. Just wanted to share my experience!"
