"I went to get a pedicure and it all came off the next day Not recommended at all!!"
"The nail quality for acrylic was very poor, not only are there bumps on my nails the are not the style I wanted. The didn’t have the color I wanted even though it was in their available nail color selection. I feel like I’m wearing bad fake nails. I was told the price was 30 then 45 because my nail length was half an inch and then charged 60, for what I don’t know. I will not be going back ever again."
"This place is the worst .I originally went for gel nails the job was so terrible and patchy I asked the to take it off . They placed my nails In acetone my cuticles were so irritated. Than chipped off the gel color with a medal tool which messed up my nails. So I had them do a regular Manicure which chipped the next day. Never ever going back. Same day my daughter had acrylics done. They shaped it horribly And they were thick ! Don’t waste your money or time there."
"I got tips a few weeks ago and went today to remove them. The lady (I think her name was Maria) instantly started to remove them with a metro card before even soaking them. I flinched multiple times to show her it was painful but she continued to do so. After struggling for awhile she finally had me soak my nails in a bowl of acetone. After a few minutes she tried again with a metro card and got one nail off. When she moved to the next it she got it half off and it was insanely painful so I asked her if she could use the drill instead of the card. She was on the phone so she didn’t even hear me, but her coworker did. I repeated myself to her coworker who then proceeded to grab the drill, plug it in and set it down for the lady doing my nails. She finally switched to the drill and even did this terribly. She constantly left the drill on my nails for seconds at a time which felt like my whole nail was burning off. She even swiped the machine over my skin and fingertips at some points. I flinched multiple times out of genuine reaction and she still didn’t stop to let them cool down. It took over an hour to finally get my nails off. When I was able to check them I noticed that the nail polish is not even off completely, and one of my real nails was broken vertically and horizontally (from when she shoved the metro card under). Even when she was buffing my nails she was extremely aggressive. I do not recommend coming here."
"Horrible experience! The new owners are unprofessional, rude and unclean. The nail tech (Maria) stated cleaning cuticles is not included with an SNS manicure (for a person that gets a manicure every 2 weeks --- that comment was a FIRST). She was not trained on how to do an SNS manicure, since she messed up several times and took two hours to complete. The manicure is sloppy and looks lumpy/thick. Most importantly, she does not disinfect her station after each client. Do not recommend!"
