"If I could leave zero stars I would, Horrible horrible experience. The towels they used were dirty, it was still very pricey and my polish came off the next day. Update went back to the salon for them to fix the job they did, they used their 'better' polish they have and it still started peeling the next day. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost."

"They do great work. But I don’t think they realize hygiene. When my like are getting done, they’re piercing they’re dirty nails in my fingers. There is no barbicide for the brush to wash your hands. The last time I was there, Rebecca was doing my nails. She had a bandaid, her wound was itching. In the process of doing my nails, she stops, peels open the bandage and scratches the wound, covers it and thought she was going to continue doing my nails. I asked her to wash her hands or hand sanitizer and she looked at me like she did t understand. It was gross. The soap that they hand to wash hands is watered down and there is absolutely no barbicide for the nail brush they have next to it that is supposed to be used by EVERY customer and they want to charge all these high prices when they’re misstepping with hygiene. My hands itch. I probably have fungus rn. I bought antifungal creme and I don’t see myself going back. They’re work is great but you will risk itchy infected hands because they don’t wash their hands or clean properly after each customer."

"I came here twice and the lady who does my eyebrows always does a good job. But unfortunately the second time had me worried about my health! I was so scared because the second time she did my eyebrows she used an eyebrow razor which I never use nor did I tell her to use it!!!! I didn’t want to sound mean or ignorant but I asked her was the razor clean to use because it wasn’t a disposable razor that she used on my eyebrows and I just seen her put it back!!! “She told me yes, hit me on the shoulder like I sound crazy.” I just looked at her with a concern stare. Hopefully I don’t catch nothing!!! Y’all need to use disposable razors instead of the regular eyebrow razors because it’s not safe!!!! When I came home I had a small cut on my eyebrows which made me so upset!!! I pray that everything is safe and I’m good!!!"

"Came here today to get my nails done, first the older woman took off my powder which was fine but I wanted my nails almond shape and she apparently didn’t understand what I wanted nor did she comprehend the picture. She commenced to file my nails down on the side and when I explained that it wasn’t correct she got upset and pushed my hands away saying she didn’t know what I wanted and that she wasn’t doing my nails. I finally decided to wait for her daughter who as she was doing my nails was telling her to calm down. That took an entire 45 min due to her having t fix another women’s nails that someone else had messed up. I decided to leave as I felt like I didn’t trust they would do a good job. The place is clean but seems like only 1 person throughout the shop can figure out how to do nails."

"Went with my daughter to do our mani and pedi. Daughter was very excited but her nails were done in a rush, not thoroughly cleaned. Her six-year old self didn't care but I was disappointed. My work was done way better as I gave the lady specific instructions. I waited for a long time to be called due to not many workers, I almost left. If you're visiting that place, bring your patience with you and stay put because if you leave for even a minute, you'll lose your spot."
