"If I could give zero I would. I go in and I tell her I just want an acrylic set no gel because I didn’t want to go under the UV light. So she’s doing my nails but after she puts in the acrylic she’s telling me to go under the UV light. So I question why she’s saying so it could dry but I’m telling her I could do the fan. She still trying to tell me I have too while I’ve got my nails done plenty of times and never had to buy an acrylic under the UV light. Especially that I wasn’t getting a top coat and my nails keep bending like rubber. So instead of putting on acrylic she use dip powder but put it on like you would put on acrylic. Just because they wanted my money so she acted like she was putting acrylic on the whole time but she was using dip powder. Don’t ever come here they are horrible and just money hungry"

"This was by far the worst nail experience ever ! I have been doing my nails at salons and or nail techs for the passed 10 years and never have i been met with such unprofessionalism . I came in and got a full set about 2 weeks ago. The first time the pedicure experience was terrible and i shouldn’t have come back but there arnt much nail places in the area for last minute needs. So this time the tech said to me that my nails are too old and that i would have to get a completely new full set which makes no sense because she did my nails 2 WEEKS AGO !! So u finally get her to agree to do the fill-in and she is just upset and being careless & rushing not doing it properly mind you IT WAS LITERALLY EMPTY IN THE SALON. she continued to say she would not finish if i didn’t soak off my 2 week old set and get a complete new set ! Eventually i just got so upset i had to leave with my nails looking atrocious because she refused to finish them"

"The pedicure was just okay. I had a new lady who didn’t seem to know the set up of a pedi. I did not receive the usual vibrations that massages your feet in the water while the other foot is being worked on. Some of the nail polishes and other material could use a wipe down. There is no separation between you and another client if you are still in COVID mindset like myself"
