"I used to come to this place back when they were oh la la nail salon. I came when they rebranded and they did a good job on my pedicure. I went back a few weeks later for a regular manicure and it was busy but I was willing to wait because they told me to wait 10 minutes. After 40 minutes the only acknowledgment I received was by a rude woman by the front desk who kept coming to see my nails and recommend a gel manicure even though I had said 15 times I wanted a regular manicure. Please stop doing this!! If you don’t want to attend to me because I don’t want a gel manicure just tell me you are busy. there is a better nail salon a block away on 95th st (pao Taborda) and an even better nail salon a block away on Roosevelt (teoztin). I was extremely disappointed because I used to come to this salon often, but I won’t be coming back after this experience. I do not recommend!"

"Went to this place at Thanksgiving Day. I showed them the design that I wanted, and it turns out the same on the picture that I’ve showed them. The staffs are very nice and did my nails with patience. Highly recommended! Will come back next time."
