"Friendly staff. Quick service. They get extra stars because they always treat my child well when I come with her. Prices are fair."
"I went in for a pedicure. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted, one of the workers came rushing to me to take my temperature then said what did I want done. I was taken to the pedicure station & the worker started getting the supplies ready. I was not happy with how dingy & stained their white towels were. When it was time to remove the dead skin from my feet the work pulled out the metal scraper (I thought they were banned from nail salons) I had to tell her I didn’t want her to use that. She did a great job on my gel pedicure but I didn’t feel relaxed at all. The vibe was not welcoming."
"So I got my nails done on Friday the 25th of September.. I got gel polish .. I always get gel polish because it doesn’t chip or at least it’s not suppose to .. on Sunday the 27th it started chipping smh .. clearly they don’t have good quality gel polish and it wasn’t worth the extra 15 bucks to get get it .. the lady who did my nails was nice tho and fast her customer service was great .."
"Ive been coming to this nail salon for years because I like the way Susie does my nails. However after today I will not patronize this business again. The lady who runs the salon has a bad attitude and doesn't care about customer service. I decided to do cat eye nails today. The price for the nail polish alone is $18. The employee painted my nails with six coats of the nail polish and it never turned into the color on the swatches. I went to the owner and told her due to the product not matching the swatches i think it would only be fair to reduce the price for the polish down to $15 which is the same price as the mood gel. She basically told me i need to talk to the worker. How are you telling me to talk to the worker when this is your business? She then says the nail polish is four years old and its not her fault. That is bs. I expect to get what i paid for, not excuses as to why you misrepresented a product that didnt match what was actually in the bottle. I understand that its the manufacturer who is responsible for the colors but you as a business owner need to make sure what you're advertising is what you are selling. The worker offered to give me the money from her tips and the owner was gonna allow it. That is disgusting and poor customer service. Shame on you!"
"They don’t have a wide variety of colors to select from Got a gel manicure less than 24 hours ago and its already chipped Arent willing to try to understand what you want done when talking to them Unhygienic: they use recycled flip flops, and say they clean them but they were thrown up against the wall, stained and unwrapped. Then had the nerve to say they charge $2 for them if you want to keep then. Went home and immediately soaked my feet in alcohol to avoid a fungus"
