"I’ve been here twice. The first time my nail tech was incredible so I came back. I went two weeks ago and it was clear the nail tech had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t know how to remove my last gel polish. She didn’t remove it all and just painted over it. The polish was all over my skin and was layered so unevenly. The shaping was also uneven. She also skipped a step with the gel polish. After a 3 days, the gel started chipping. After 5 days the gel polish had come off completely. These pictures are from day 3."

"This location is my absolute favorite — so clean, beautiful interiors, and wonderful service. Compared to the nail places I’ve been in the neighborhood, this location is truly beautiful with the newly renovated marble interiors and warm colors. I had Rose do my gel mani & pedi. She was so easy to communicate with and gave me suggestions for what color works for my skin tone and the summer. Her service was thorough and I felt great throughout. Price was super reasonable for midtown nyc and my mani and pedi turned out perfectly. I didn’t realize QQ also offers massages and other beautify treatments, and will be coming back. PS Don’t even get me started about the massage chairs ;)"
