"Sorry to say this was a disappointing experience. The manicurist was fast and careless. The filing haphazard. Half way through the drying they had to redo a nail because it has a bubble. Then they assured me that I could leave and the polish buckled on another nail. The place was hardly spotless. The manicurists smock was filthy and there was at least one dead fly on the sill above the dryer. I want go back again.."

"I went in for a regular, “no frills” pedicure and felt duped into paying a fortune. I sat down in the chair and was immediately handed a price chart for pedicures, starting at $58 for the “basic”. As I was leaving, I saw a services pricing chart on the wall next to the entry door (i.e. you can’t see it when you walk in). According to the pricing chart a standard pedicure is $22!! Buyer beware at this salon!"

"They did such good job as always! This is my favorite place to get my nails done, the ladies are so kind and they work so hard. Most of them have children they are saving money to put through college, so please support if you can with tips! The bad reviews are mostly about prices and miscommunications because English is not their first language, so check prices before requesting, and please try to be reasonable and kind! Lucy and Tina have done my nails multiple times and the edges are so clean, they stay great for over a month. All love to them, they’ve been such a great welcome as I start my time in Columbia, pls try it out :)"

"Terrible service, never again. Came and asked for a refill, got charged $68 for 30 minutes of service. Changed my color and fixed one broken nail, which is by no surprise, broken already! The material spent on my nails doesn’t go above $5 and yet I was charged this ridiculous price. The massage is worth it, but still $55 for these nails is such a scam. Don’t go there!!"

"Ladies there are incredibly nice and polite. They give you a nice neck massage for a few seconds after they're done with nails. This was my second time there and pictures are 48 hrs after I left, same thing happened last time making them my shortest lasting regular polish manicure. The problem is the poor technique, they soak nails in water which will lead to a load of water being absorbed in our porous nails and quickly crack hrs later once the nail dries out. Also, neither the nail polish or top coat application is extended over the free edge of the nail which just makes the polish at risk for peeling off quickly (see pictures). Would recommend place re-evaluates the current standard process they use for manicure and improve the current techniques so that the final result can last at least 5-6 days."
