"So disappointing… I came for a soak off and gel manicure (note: they don’t have SNS powder) after seeing all the positive reviews and photos. Unfortunately my nails were done in an incredibly rushed manner and with no attention to detail. My tech didn’t even bother to ask what shape I wanted. Which, I could have spoken up about but I’m not especially particular about my nail shape, so long as they’re all the SAME… my nails turned out jagged and uneven. Will be going somewhere else in the future."

"I walked in today for a pedicure. I waited about 20 minutes for a spot to free up. Coco did my pedi, she was gentle and thorough, and my feet honestly feel super smooth. I have pretty bad calluses so I’m impressed. Something that always scares me when they are shaving down your feet is them going to far, but she never hurt me once. The pedicure all in all took about 25 to 30 minutes. They didn’t have anybody else waiting, so I decided to go for a gel manicure as well. Coco did a lovely job with the mani as well; I’ve been cut in the past when they’re trimming cuticles and she was extremely gentle and did not cause me any pain. I also fear that the gel polish touches the skin and burns under the UV lamp, which was not the case here. I had no discomfort at all during my services. I docked one star, as my nails are not perfectly even, but it’s not of enough consequence that I would not return. I was here for about two hours total."
