"Excellent service and prices are reasonable. Kudos to Sparkle Nail Salon."
"Vivian is so friendly and does a phenomenal job with acrylics, gel, and etc. She has such a warm personality and takes her time. I have never been disappointed by her work. This is my go to spot!! 10/10 recommend."
"I went to this nail salon since my regular nail place was closed and all nail salon started closing due to the virus. I just wanted to make sure I got a fill in and my eyebrows done before I was stuck in my house. I waited an hour, which I had no issue with since I didn’t want to lose my nails. After the hour, I’m sitting with a nail tech and I’m telling her how I would like my nails she’s telling me ok she will do for me. Then speaking to her coworkers about my nails in her language that all the employees come over to look at my nails (my nails are long) and continue talking to each other which then made me a little embarrassed. I’m sitting in her chair for 2 hours just for the fill in, the filing and drilling. All for my nails to be bumpy and crooked. As I’m sitting in her chair I’m asking her to fix the bumps and straighten my nails out and she says yes I will fix and doesn’t at all. At this point I wanted to just get out of there after her taking so long just to fill them in and reshape them. I then switch to another nail tech for her to do my gel. I decide I was just going to do a French with white so that when it grows out it won’t look so bad. The nail tech literally did one coat after I asked for another coat. She’s ignoring my request for another one telling me no they look nice. Again sitting there a total of 3 1/2 hours I was annoyed that everything I was asking for was being ignored and antsy being there so long, I tell them now just my eyebrows. We go into the room and I’m telling the nail tech how I like my eyebrows shaped and showed her a picture of how my eyebrows are normally shaped when I get them done. I wasn’t expecting them to be the exact same as my normal but I’m explaining I like them a little thinner since I have thicker brows etc. She starts waxing and is sticking the wax strips on my sweater (which I did not realize until after she was done and I went to wash my hands I’m the bathroom) She waxed my eyebrows and as I look in the mirror it was literally like she never waxed them at all. Again ignored me when I asked her to shape them how I liked. I walked out of there unhappy with the quality of both my nails and my eyebrows but took it for what is was during the circumstances. I am now a week into having my fill in and my nails are already lifting! With my regular salon I could go a month and my nails wouldn’t lift at all! I will never go to this salon again! Nor would I recommend go here!"
"Nice workers but bad quality nail polish. Their polishes were watered down and they’re thin. If you get a light color, it will look like they only put on one coat after they put on two. As I was getting a gel manicure, the nail polish was too thin so the nail technician proceeded to add water to the polish- right in front of my eyes! My manicure came out horrible definitely would not be coming back."
