"I want to give this place a good rating but twice that I came here, I got the same lady that seems like she could care less about her job. I had gel nails on both times and the first time she only soaked it for about two minutes and had to scrape so hard to get the gel off my nails. The second time she simply skipped the soaking process and FILED the gel off my nails. It’s probably safe to say that my nails are now ruined. She seemed like she just wanted to rush through doing my nails so she can get to the next customer and get her tips. Completely unprofessional."

"Every manicure (gel) and pedicure (regular) I’ve had from here has lasted for weeks!! And that’s impressive because my nails aren’t in great shape to start (flimsy and thin)…other gel manicures I’ve gotten have chipped right off in a few days. They pay attention to your requests (gentle pressure/no cutting cuticles, etc.) I don’t think you’ll ever get a “rush” job here!!"

"It's been hard to find a good place to go to who does dip powder well. I had a go to place for years in Forest Hillls and then when I moved to the city, found another place near my work, but recently found the dip polish chipping from there after 1-2 weeks. This place recently opened up near me and I have to admit while it may take a longer time, it's done with precision and detail that it doesn't chip and last longer! My nails feel healthy and good! I've never had them this long. Super clean and friendly staff. The nail tech there that have done mine twice is wonderful! I can usually go 4 weeks,but I have a trip coming up this week and wanted to get it done before then."
