"I always feel unwelcome at this nail salon. The dirty looks is very unpleasant and unprofessional. The employees there also act like they do not want to serve minorities. I went there on July 19, 2023 and the nail stylist act like she did not want to serve me and started to become really rough with cutting my nails down when starting a pedicure. I told the nail stylist to stop the work. I also told the manager that the nail stylist was going to make them lose business because she has a nasty attitude. I decided to get up and leave the nail salon. This place treats certain cultures differently. I will not be returning."

"So it was a decent enough experience until the very end. Shirley did my nails. As I'm drying I paid via card. She said I could write in the tip or use cash. I said I'll use cash and put no tip. She took the paper, said "no tip?" Then walked away. The quality of my pedicure was average at best. She said she don't usually do pedicures so I guess that's why. The photos show a whole lot of designs but I asked for marble and they didn't have brushes to do a basic marble design. The shape of the nail/application was good. I wanted to leave a better review but average quality work and the no tip out loud means I will not return."

"Great nail place, attention to detail and my gel manicure always lasts at least 2 weeks. Ann or nikki are amazing!! This picture is after 2 weeks and not one chip! Definitely make an appointment before you go, they get very busy at times."

"It's been a week since I got my nails done. made my nails so fast and sloppy. When I put both my hands together, the nails of my right hand are longer than the nails of my left hand. Also, as you can see in the picture, the white parts have peeled off. The gel on my little finger is about to fall off. I didn't want to leave a tip because I didn't like it, but they said; “why don't you tip” among all the people. They made me pay tip two people separately. They speak Chinese, they didn't know that I speak Chinese. When I gave a little tip, they said, "How greedy she gave very less tip". it was not pleasant at all. I was never satisfied. don't waste your money and time!"

"Don’t waste your money coming here, the pictures they show of designs are false advertising. I asked for a simple heart and the lady firstly didn’t understand what I was asking and secondly i asked if she could do it and she said yes when she clearly couldn’t. Instead of asking her to redo it I asked to add a smaller heart next to it to salvage the design. She got frustrated and rudely said how there’s no room for a second heart. She wouldn’t even show me the design to ask if I liked it, and every time I tried to look, she moved my hand back in front of the drying fan. She ended up redoing it and it still came out bad."
