"Was told we were one of the longest staying renters in the lowville area. Military I guess?? My husband is active army. We stayed there for 3 years and always paid rent on time paid all deposits we came down on orders to Washington State. I trusted that the maintenance man who first did the house inspection with us wrote down the wear and tear on the living room carpet that looked like a cat took it's claws to it. NOPE!!! WE DIDN'T GET A COPY of the house inspection papers either. We only had two dachshunds no cats no claws to shred carpet.We trim them monthly and I work from home so I know they didn't tear into it. They charged us over 700 dollars to replace the small carpet that's in the living room area because the sob didn't write it down when we moved in that it had minor damage previously. They have ants, spiders, and no insulation in the house you can barely keep it at 65 in the winter with their out of date water heater furnace which smells when it runs!!! We also needed them to repair a leaky fridge when we were there the guy supposedly fixed it but he said we were over filling it, but it leaked when it was empty as well so we had to keep a bowl in the back of the fridge to collect freezer water. The driveway we had was a death trap in the winter. They will lie and tell you they do snow removal. Bull, they only showed up a couple times a week when we would get slammed with several feet of snow. So have a snow shovel ready. They also never used salt and our driveway we had had a huge incline so good luck getting up and down the driveway with all the ICE. We had our next door neighbor almost got run over by her own car because she slipped and the car started to slide down the hill. This place was the worst place we ever rented from since we've been married. We never got screwed out of our deposits ever before like that. We lived in North Carolina in two places. New York we moved 4 times. Two off base was too far away in the winter, then on base we got stuck in a little 2 bedroom, so we then moved off base again. We were just trying to get close enough to base but more house for our BAH make it stretch more. Don't post a review on facebook or their fat tenant will comment on your review and bully you! We got emailed two months after posting a facebook review the manager calling us liars and how they could have charged us a whole month's worth of rent but was only charged 6 days our last few days we stayed. I have never been so bullied or insulted in my life renting these past 7 years living the active army life. Also living in North Carolina we went through things with those businesses but not bullying! I never want someone else to go through this especially military because we have enough stress already. We had to move across the US and still had these guys are giving us a hard time even months later after move out. Very unprofessional. You don't want bad reviews don't bully your previous tenants!!! I'll post to the world how you behave!"
