"The whole experience was bizarre. I was in a pinch + called to ask if I could get a gel manicure if I came at 7:30 ( they close at 8). They said that was fine so I booked it over there and got there right before 7:30. The nails are a bit… wonky is all I can say. It wasn’t a horrible manicure but there are bits on my cuticles, some uneven nails, and I’m not positive this is the color I chose. The manicurist was nice + tried to do a good job, but there was a point where there were 2 people hovering + directing him to do stuff. I’m not sure how he felt about it but it made for a very stressful experience as a customer. The nail bottle was leaking + some got on my hand so I asked for it to be cleaned off. He said okay but one of the workers who was lurking around tried to force me to stick my hand in the heater until I said no. Again — just bizarre. It was after hours at that point and I understand if people want to go home but don’t agree to take clients if you’re going to be rude about it. Like I said, not a terrible manicure. Overall, it was affordable + they’re open late. But I wouldn’t go back due to the service of the other employees."

"This place is amazing - highly skilled and very sweet and generous people. I got inspiration from one of the reviews for the gel, cat eye type nails and they did an amazing job. In all it was around 110 for pedicure and extensions. These nails have gotten compliments from all around the world - I was going on a trip to Europe so they survived busses trains, and dragging my suitcase all over. After a month there is no lifting, and they still look fantastic."

"Check out my photo updates. After visiting this spot twice I dropped my score to three stars. I found that their services don’t last. My pedi didn’t last long. It usually does. I also went back for another SNS dip mani and the nail tech wasn’t great with their technic with shaping or using the SNS properly. I returned 4 days later to get a mail repaired because the SNS top coat shattered and the same tech filed the nail down then put gel top coat on SNS dipping power. That one mail was then shiner than the rest of my nails and when I expressed concern they wouldn’t do anything. After this experience I wouldn’t recommend and I probs won’t return. You could go to another spot in the area for the same prices and a better experience - cleaner, more professional, better techniques. It’s not worth the hassle & short period your nails WILL look good. I left my OG review below after my first visit for reference. But looking back the pedicure was MEH. Solid spot in Crown Heights. You’ll get what you pay for. There are massage chairs if you get a pedi and the pedi water is jelly which was a nice experience. It’s a clean place and they have a lot of colors. They offer a wide range of services and I found their prices to be better than other nail salons in this area. I got a dip manicure on my natural nail for $38 - just polish no art. I also got a pedicure for $30 that came with a message, callus remover, and a scrub. I would def go back."

"Revising this review because I went back and they fixed it, no questions asked! - - - - old review - - - An okay salon. They got me in right away for a pedicure but afterwards I had to sit about 45 mins to wait for my manicure. I understand the wait because I didn’t have an appointment, but that’s not the reason for my review. The gel pedicure was solid, a standard pedicure, nothing impressive or notable but definitely a decent price for a gel pedi so I’m happy about that. For my manicure, I was happy with the tech’s attention to detail on the design and he was nice and accommodating. The only issue I have is that he didn’t do the filing underneath the nails with the small file tip so now it’s chunky under some of my nails. That chunky feeling drives me crazy, but I recognize a lot of nail techs either don’t or forget to do it. In addition, I don’t think he glued a few of the tips down sufficiently because it’s already lifting and I got the manicure less than 24 hours ago. That can obviously be a problem since fungus can start to grow in the gap between your nail and the acrylic. This is my main issue with the service I received. All in all, I had low expectations and it seems they were making an effort to do nice designs for people and be accommodating, the quality itself of the manicure is just not on par with what I’m used to. That being said, it was slightly cheaper than what I normally pay (acrylic manicure $68, gel pedi $38) Not disappointed by any means but not blown away either. I’d give it a B- overall. Affordable but average product"
