"Will not be returning. “Sue” cut a chunk out of my big toe, added quick dry which is a dollar extra and never asked me. She also withheld my card until I signed the receipt and the nails are messy."
"I have been getting my nails done often with this salon for the past one year. They do a decent job and this last experience was my first time getting the powder manicure, and I love how it came out! They're a good team of technicians, Sue is who I mainly get, and she's pretty good. They have a good selection of colors, gel and regular polish, which is important to me because I need lots of options. Give them a try!"
"Terrible place to get your nails done ✔️ All they care about is money Did my nails and a few days later every single one was cracked These nail technicians need more training Sns is not cheap just to last a few days Don't go here Unhygienic and they destroyed my nails with the machine"
"Place needs their license removed. They do not sterilize a lot of their equipment. The brush used for acrylic is used on other clients who have a clear sign of fungus and is used on peoples nails. They reuse nail filers, I never get a new one. They should not be reusing nail filers, every clients should be getting a new one. Very unsanitary, rude and will give you something you did not ask for. Don’t come here for nail remover. They will just yank it off with a metro card because they are too lazy."
"Came in on 02/02/2022!!!!!!!! I came in a morning and there was nobody there. The lady was super nice and took her time. I did a gel pedicure and the prices were pretty decent, I paid $40 (wo tip) for the feet. Are there cheaper, sure there are (and they come off within 2 days [$35 wo tip] , pls see another of my reviews for another place) But there are other places that are charge more as well, im speaking of those chain ones on Cortelyou rd (65 wo tip). The lady that did mine took her time and did not rush, which others did even if the place is empty. She was super nice and made sure i didnt nip the color while dryin it. She did a VERY thorough job on those cuticles, dead skin and just took care of the nails. Wish I would have rememberd the number of the color (purple mauve ish) as it is very pretty in person so I can repeat it again next time. Loved it. No nipping, no cutting and I keep my toenails super short which can be hard to maneuver out and file . Btw I have known this place for 20 yrs and i first started going to them when I was a teenager, did regular, acrylics, silk, you name it, once a week. Were there mishaps over the years im sure there were, people training, newbies, etc. But I always came back. Still do. Very reliable. (Pls excuse the pics n blisters. They are dancers feet) UPDATE: it's been exactly a week and so far so good. Not one nail budged, no smudging, no peeling"
