"I had been going here for a few years because it’s convenient and a good price. Unfortunately the last time I was given a very unskillful and careless tech who was aggressive when pushing my cuticles back to the point it hurt; who got the polish all over my nails. When she wouldn’t take my suggesting she paid attention I got a new tech but the staff didn’t seem to like that much. It was off putting and I’m not walking into a nail salon without knowing everyone is competent and professional. Wasted a good 20 minutes of my time"

"I called ahead and asked if they take in walk ins because I wanted to get my nails done last minute. I walked in to show the nails I wanted and they were really helpful and nice in giving me a price. However, I do think it was a bit pricey to have just gel + design on my natural nails. Anyways, the worker was super nice and understanding and she made sure the design I wanted was what I had come here for and she tried her very best. I really like the service I got. The place smelled really nice and it looked really clean and nice- aesthetically pleasing as well. She also gave me a really nice back massage which caught me off guard because she never told me about it, but it was really nice. It was a really nice and friendly experience, they also let me charge my phone. I recommend!"

"Did my nails at QQ for the first time two days ago (2/7/23), and was very satisfied with the service. My gel manicure looks amazing. Sophia did such a wonderful job on my short nails. I usually hate doing gel mani because removing the old gel is often unpleasant. Sophia had a different way of removing it and it was painless! She also did my chin wax which came out very good. Will definitely be back. The entire staff was very nice and accommodating"
