"I purchased the milk & honey pedicure with a coffee scrub leg mask and 10 minute foot massage and a gel manicure. —— Great customer service. Comfortable ambiance. Lots of beautiful, high quality nail polish to choose from. The mani pedi from here is the longest lasting polish and cuticle push back I’ve received in NYC. So even though it’s very pricey; it’s TOTALLY worth every penny. Plus they aren’t pushy about gratuity like other nail salons in Brooklyn. The minimum gratuity starts at 15% compared to 20% like other places in Downtown Brooklyn. I totally recommend them for nail care."

"Don’t go to this place and be careful with the additional charges!!!!!! The manager is sooooo rude. The gel removal is $10 but she will charge you $20 without telling you for just cutting four nails unevenly. I can do a much better job at home myself…….I asked her to fix it and she told me to wait another 30min just to fix the four uneven nails they just did! Very bad attitude…….I still tipped the girl who did my job though, since I don’t want her to finish a job without anything……"

"Really lovely environment, the best in the area, and good nail techs but it’s like pulling teeth to get them to fix chipping gel manicures unless you go back immediately, within a day or two of the original appointment. Standard for places is standing by their work for at least a week, especially at $50+ a pop."

"The pedicure felt rushed, even though I was five minutes early. I was not asked what shape or how much I wanted cut down. I did have my headphones in but I was communicating with them. They left over dried skin on my big toe. The “free scrub” with the basic pedicure was very rough and the tech was very aggressive. The tech did not wear gloves. No base coat was put on my toes, I made a comment and nothing was done. They place your shoes on a shelf and if I didn’t get up to ask for them I would not have gotten them. (I dried for 20 minutes, watched f1 qualifying while drying) There was something in the nail polish that created a weird bump I’m my big toe as well. Instead of them filing it down they just put more polish on and no top coat. It looks lumpier now. Most of my toes are lumpy and have too much nail polish on them but this is the worst. I as well was over charged. The others in the shop were charged 37 with changed I was charged 42. I asked for my receipt twice but they had thrown it out already. I tried to tip with cash (as tips are only cash or venmo) but the nail tech disappeared. I have been getting my nails done for YEARS and never had an experience this poor. I also very really make comments about being unhappy but i made a comment regarding this experience and it was brushed off."
