"A man did good work, but his attitude was quite poor, even disdainful. He resented that I didn't get nail polish and that I only wanted my cuticles pushed back. The standard foot rub included in a pedicure was very light and brief, plausibly intended to communicate his contempt. I left a good tip, but may reevaluate if indeed I return to this establishment. No, I'm not going back there!"

"Did a good job but claimed new way of doing acrylic was using a gel polish base and dipping my finger into "acrylic" when the container said dip on it. I asked 3 times if it was acrylic and was told yes..."

"I would give this place 0 if I could. My experience today blew my mind. I have been here numerous times for a few years. Today I asked for a gel manicure. I took to samples and brought them with me to were I was seated. John was going to be doing my nails. As he started I told him I think I want the same color as I have on my nails now. I pointed to the number of the color. He then proceeded to ask me what brand. I said what brand? He says yes what brand. I said whatever brand is on the sample. He started getting loud with me. I asked him why he was getting upset with me and should I go somewhere else. He pushed his chair back and said then go. I said what is your problem. He got up and walked away. I asked another lady if there was anyone else that can do my nails and she said no. Not now. I then said to John are you going to finish my nails since you started taking the gel off? He came back, sat down, and started again. Apparently I moved and he yelled at me not to move my hand. At this point I was so infuriated that I got up and said your a nasty nasty man and walked out!!!!!! This man was so RUDE and did not care if he lost a customer or not. I will never step foot back in that nail place. This was not the 1st time he has acted this way. I have no idea why I went back. Not to mention this place use to be clean. It's no where like it use to be. There are plenty other nail salons. Never again!"

"Though they are great at pedicures, the owner was not helpful and slightly rude to me when I wanted my 11 yr old daughter to get a manicure and pedicure along with me and my older daughter. But apparently she happily obliged to do three pedicures and manicures for an another customer when they only had an appointment for one. If it wasn’t that my older daughter had taken me there for pedicures as a Mother’s Day gift. I would have walked out. There many places that do good pedicures. For me customer service is the most important!!"
