"I support all local Business but when you ask a store if you’re able to return a product if you don’t like it and they say yes and then proceed to you can’t is absurd, you are much better off with homedepot. Absolute crooks! They upsell you on saying that they gave you the best product and then you can’t return it so basically you’re out of luck. Keep that in mind before you walk in. They do not help the locals. Asking questions on how to install and keep walking away from you every single time you’re asking another question. The owner doesn’t care. Don’t waste you’re time"

"Our plumber recommended that we buy a Toto toilet and since we love our plumber and needed a new toilet, we went in search of a plumbing store that carries this brand. We happily discovered Fenimore Plumbing Supply on Halstead Avenue in Mamaroneck. Not only did they have a lovely selection of Toto toilets, they also carried all Kinds of gorgeous tubs, faucets, sinks as well as vanities. When I asked if I could try one out, I got a firm “ no”! I realized the misunderstanding and said that I just wanted to sit on the Toto toilet, not “ use” it! It was indeed very comfortable! While they are open to the public during the Coronavirus pandemic, they are very strict regarding social distancing and are limiting customers in their showroom. I was ready to buy on the spot but we decided to check their prices and I’m happy to say that they are very competitive and we’d rather support our local businesses, especially if we know we are getting a good price!"

"Fenimore plumbing is the best plumbing supply in westchester. Needed some hardware for a clawfoot tub and they really pulled out all the stops for me. Their selection was great. Tons of beautiful fixtures. I cannot say enough about their service. They soldered a part I needed on the spot! I rarely write a review but they went way beyond for me."

"The only positive that came out of my experience was an employee by the name of Val who no longer works there. Go figure. I thought the quality of product and customer service would be worth investing my hard eared dollar when I did a bathroom for my first home. Well, not even a year later I had issues with my vanity mirror (the lead peeling off?) I was referred to the manufacturer who was completely unhelpful and even downright nasty for me questioning the quality of his products? Fenimore washed their hands of the issue and stood by the manufacturer insisting this issue was due to my cleaning the mirror with Windex... honestly who DOESNT clean their bathroom mirror with Windex??? Did not even offer to split this replacement with me half way. Also the HOT and COLD buttons on my faucet came lose and fell out in less than a year... not replaceable. Never thought I'd say this but I guess Home Depot IS a better option."
