"I am giving the 3 star because the quality of there work is definitely good but as someone else said below the gentleman is anything but “gentle”. I had the unfortunate luck the having him the last two times. He made me feel so uncomfortable, rushed and literally painful. I had him the one time and said omg that was terrible but decided to try them again. Second time when they told me to sit I almost cried and with good reason. Sucks because it’s close to my house but I’d rather drive the 5 minutes and go to the new place I found"

"I am not one for writing reviews, especially negative ones knowing how it can impact someone’s business but today it’s different. Went to the nail salon, giving them another chance because I thought the last time I went they were probably busy so rushed my manicure. Unfortunately, it seems this is their norm. Not happy with either the pedicure or manicure. The service was less than appeasing. I asked for regular pedicure but the callous (which wasn’t too bad) on my feet hasn’t been properly cleaned. It feels like I didn’t even get a professional pedicure done! At other places, regular pedicures meant good clean up of the feet, shaping of nails, good massage and then color. Nail techs spend time making sure their job is done well. Here it was dip in water scrub the bottom of the feet literally for a minute lightly shape and color. Waited for 20 minutes after the pedicure to get a manicure and the nail tech passed me off to another one. I asked the new tech for gel manicure and after repeatedly asking for it I was still given powdered gel (which is $10 more) and doesn’t look good. I see specs of the powder and the nails do not give a good look. (Posting a picture of my thumb nail. Took pictures of my feet but don’t feel comfortable posting). The cuticles weren’t cleaned around my nails properly nor was I given a proper manicure. It was quick filing and powder dipping. The new nail tech also seemed agitated as he conversed with his colleagues. With the kind of $$ they charge I would at least expect better service. I also gave a heavy tip because both nail techs seemed pushy as I was paying, by standing on my head and literally watching me. Don’t think I would ever go back. Highly disappointed!"
